Xavier Dillen joined the iSTAR Medical team as VP Finance in June 2025 with more than 20 years of experience in Finance whether in Public Accounting or in various sectors (financing, pharmaceutical and healthcare, as well as construction).
After spending 5 years as an auditor at Deloitte (in Spain, the US and Belgium), Xavier held various finance positions in different industries, whether in Accounting, Compliance & Reporting, in Financial Planning & Analysis, or as a CFO. Across the various companies he worked for (GE, GSK, Owens Corning), Xavier has always brought positive energy and a very ‘close-to-the business’ attitude in order to improve processes, develop people as well as bring the businesses to the next level.
Xavier holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Université Catholique de Louvain and speaks French, English, Dutch and Spanish fluently.
